After the Church is over, it is the responsibility of the parents to pick up their child/children from the appropriate Classrooms. Before Infants can transition to the toddler’s section, it is important that they exhibit the ability to stay in their assigned seats as well as to take instructions from the teacher. It is highly desirable that parents start to bring the infants/toddlers to the Children’s church to get them accustomed to the new environment and the teachers before they start attending the toddlers’ section.
If a child is suffering from a sickness that is contagious or has not completely recovered from an illness, please refrain from sending your child to Children’s Church or to Sunday Class on that day. This precautionary measure would provide for the complete recovery of the child as well as serve in the best interest of the other kids. Please note that Children who do not attend Children’s Church because of sickness will be eligible for points given for Memory Verse, Bible Reading & Interaction provided the Sunday school director is notified in advance.In order to run the Sunday school in an effective way, we prefer that parents do not stay with their children during the Sunday Class. This promotes a better rapport between the children and the Sunday Class teachers. Please be assured that the best possible care will be given to your child. However, it is okay to stay with the child for a couple of weeks until the child gets used to the new surroundings.
